Higher Education in Wisconsin Colleges
Given Wisconsin’s history as an agricultural leader, it’s no surprise that one of the state’s largest industries is food production. Oscar Mayer, Kraft Foods, and Jack’s Frozen Pizza are household brands common to nearly any child. Sports fans and college students, however, like to remind outsiders that Wisconsin is also the home to Miller Brewing Company--one of the largest beer producers in the United States.
Milwaukee resides as the state’s largest city and is sometimes known as the “City of Festivals” for its large number of events hosted each year. Madison and Green Bay are second and third in terms of population. For those interested in becoming residents of Wisconsin, careers in computers and software are likely to bring the easiest job search results. |
